Job Summary:

The Sales Associate position is responsible for providing efficient and accurate customer and financial services while delivering the “IBC Experience”. This includes meeting customer needs by offering bank products and services and establishing new relationships.

  • Delivering the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
  • Meet customer financial needs by offering bank products and services
  • Assists customers with Lobby Services such as check orders, debit cards, wires, deposits, credit card payments
  • Promotes Referral Programs
  • Provide customer service by planning phone calls, on-boarding, setting-up presentations, blitzing, and aisle time
  • Accountable for end-of-day branch processes
  • Assists with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control
  • Ensures all New Account information is on file
  • Supports  Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility Checklist
  • Maintains branch inventory, supplies, Garda
  • Flexibility to report to work and assist other branches
  • Attends meetings and other events
  • Other duties as assigned for branch support


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
